1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Where We Ship

We ship to all locations within India. We also provide international shipping with various shipping options available based on your preferences.

1.2 Shipping Carrier

Ark and Arts (“A&A”) primarily ships domestic orders through reputable logistics providers. International orders are shipped via trusted global carriers for reliable and efficient delivery. Tracking details and carrier information will be shared via email / SMS / WhatsApp.

1.3 Shipping Rates

(i) India
  • Free shipping across India.
  • Prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
(ii) International
  • Shipping costs vary based on product, payment mode, and destination.
  • Final shipping charges are communicated within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.

1.4 Shipping Time

  • Processing time varies by product (ready-to-ship or made-to-order).
  • In-stock items ship within 6 business days.
  • Delivery takes approximately 8–10 business days after dispatch.

1.5 Taxes & Duties (India)

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties.

1.6 Taxes & Duties (International)

  • Duties and taxes are borne by the recipient.
  • Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
  • Custom clearance charges (if any) must be paid at delivery.

1.7 Insurance

  • All purchases are insured during transit.
  • Signature is required upon delivery.
  • Damage must be reported within 24–48 hours with photos and unboxing video.
  • If packaging is tampered, please refuse delivery.

1.8 Important Information

  • Delivery timelines begin after dispatch.
  • Custom delays are beyond our control.
  • Orders cannot be redirected after dispatch.

2. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for transit damage or manufacturing defects.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging (India only).
  • No returns/refunds for international orders.
  • Discounted items cannot be returned.
  • Custom-made/commissioned items are non-returnable.
  • Return request must be initiated within 24–48 hours.

3. Cancellation

  • Reason for cancellation must be emailed with order details.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  • Made-to-order products cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by purchaser (unless defective).

4. Incorrect / Damaged / Defective Items

  • Please inspect shipment upon delivery.
  • Report damages as per instructions within 24–48 hours.
  • We offer replacement or store credit for defective items.

5. Returning a Gift

  • Email us for assistance in returning gift items.
  • Store credit is not issued for returned gifts.
  • Gift exchange is available.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after returned goods are received and inspected.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 15 working days.

7. Important Information

  • Promotional or discounted purchases cannot be exchanged.
  • Credit notes are valid for 6 months.
  • A&A reserves the right to modify policies without prior notice.
